This is a reminder for the end of the semester Moodle file maintenance:

• Backup the current semester when you are done.
• If you haven’t backed up last semester (Spring 08) backup.
  Spring 08 will be deleted before we start Spring 09. Another reminder will be sent before anything is deleted.
• Save copies to your flash drive or computer.
  How to backup and save your files can be found on Moodle under “ Faculty - How to use Moodle”
• Request your creations for next semester
  • Include course NAME, NUMBER, & SECTION NUMBER

The next technology training session will be Jan. 27 from 1:00 – 4:00 in the Gannett room. We will conduct a basic Moodle session followed by a round table discussion by everyone for best practices using Moodle in your class. Come and share your successes and lesson learned. Allow everyone to benefit from your knowledge and wisdom.
